No barre? No problem! Using the rope wall for guidance and support, experience a barre-inspired workout to strengthen and lengthen your muscles through the systematic utilization of isometric movements. This will be no barre class like you have seen before, so come with an open mind and be ready to have fun and play outside of your comfort zone. Afterwards, join Hallie to make your own smoothie bowl and nourish your body after all of your hard work. You will learn the benefits of smoothie bowls and hear why they are more than just a pretty picture–though taking pictures of your bowls is encouraged if you feel so inclined! Being healthy has never tasted so delicious. Hallie Stephenson is brand new to the area and excited to share her expertise in fitness and wellness! She became a group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise in 2012 and most recently has been teaching barre classes in Richmond, VA for 3 years. She expanded into the nutrition and wellness field by becoming a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
