Have you seen the documentary “What the Health” yet? Available on Netflix and Vimeo, “What the Health” is inspiring people throughout our community to check out a whole food plant based diet. This is the way of eating that minimizes or totally eliminates meat, dairy, fish, poultry, and processed foods such as oil and sugar. A successful whole food plant based diet centers around starches such as potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, beans, peas, lentils, whole grain pastas, with the addition of greens, vegetables, and fruit. Please watch the documentary, then bring your friends to this free Q&A. Everyone is welcome!

Is a plant based diet suitable for families/all stages of life?
