Come join Hallie Stephenson, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, as she introduces you to a holistic approach to health and wellness. Each week topics to explore include different aspect of this discipline and how it may apply to your life in a practical way. You will learn how to foster a mind-body connection as it relates to traditional food as well as to what Integrative Nutrition refers to as primary foods. Workshops will be one hour each.
