Join Sarah Dill, RYT-200 at Evolve Yoga + Wellness on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. for an exciting new workshop: Sculpt Yoga! Infusing all the best parts of a strength training workout with a yoga practice. Sculpt Yoga focuses on the areas of our body where we tend to hold the most stress: the knees, hips, low back and shoulders. Focus on the core is also emphasized in order to improve balance. Learn the fundamentals of combining hand weights with classic yoga postures like Warrior I and II, Pyramid, Chair; even balance postures like Tree and Warrior III, and so much more! Take part in an energetically charged practice, exploring the movements and exercises, all the while challenging and strengthening that internal muscle of awareness (along with your biceps, lats, and triceps). It’s a whole body, whole mind, whole soul practice that will have your heart pumping, your energy levels soaring, and your soul feeling like it’s on fire! Whether you’re an experienced yogi or athlete, or brand new to your practice, this workshop is for you! Modifications and variations will be offered in each posture, making this workshop accessible to all levels.

This workshop is a companion to the new Yoga Sculpt class on Wednesday afternoons, 11:45 to 12:45 p.m. starting January 10, 2018.
