Slow down, root down and witness. Join us in this workshop on Saturday, April 28 from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. as we take a deeper look at the layers of Self and how to tap into our own innate power of healing. Stacy will guide us through discussion and then guide a slow juicy yoga practice complete with hands on touch, pranayama and meditation. We will look at the 5 Prana Vayus- the five life force elements and how we can use these energies both in our practice on the mat and in our daily lives. There will be time for Q&A afterwards.
