Join us on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m to explore the power of the pelvis. In this workshop, Stacy will guide a short overview lecture of the anatomy & physiology of the pelvic floor. She will address the components of our second chakra called ‘svadhisthana’ and it’s connection to our physical movements in a yoga practice.
