This is a special karma class, offering us an opportunity to give back to our friends at Three Oaks Center in St. Mary's County. Class will feature creative movement, meditative sequences, meditation and journaling, all in a comfortably heated 80-degree room. Hands-on assists will be provided at your comfort level.
