A note from our new owner, Kelley Sidorowicz:

Hi! My name is Kelley and I’m so excited you’re here. I am now the proud owner of Evolve Yoga and Wellness. This is an actual opportunity of my DREAMS.  To share the light of yoga, breath, movement, and healing is a tremendous honor.  I first became a yoga teacher in 2008 right out of college, after studying Exercise Science. I knew being on my mat felt like home then but had NO CLUE what the universe had in store for me.

Thank you ALL for your continued support, I hope that you’ll tag along for this next chapter for Evolve and our community. Evolve is home to some of the most amazing gurus, yogis and good humans eager to share their craft.  We are all so excited to brighten the Evolve light that this community is so anxiously awaiting to return.

In our yoga practice, as in life, the journey may look different than we expected but when we show up as our true authentic self we shall never steer wrong. No matter how many detours we take, delays we encounter, we will always be lead back to where we are meant to be.
