Evolve Yoga + Wellness offers several purchase options tailored to meet the needs of every practitioner at our studio. From flexible monthly memberships to drop-in passes, new client offers and much much more! There’s something for every one at Evolve Yoga + Wellness!

Clients can book classes, purchase memberships, or reserve a spot in one of our unique events using the Evolve Yoga + Wellness app on a phone or mobile device. Preregistration is required for all classes, workshops and events. You may reserve online up to 30 minutes before the class begins.

If you reserved a class online and need to cancel, please cancel online as well so you will not be deducted a pass. Late cancels or no-shows will be deducted one class pass for every absence.

We also offer drop-in passes if you’re curious and just want to give one class a try before signing up.

What classes can I take with my membership?

Memberships of all levels have unlimited access to our Livestream and Prerecorded content. Additionally, all regularly scheduled in-person classes at our studio, Hope & Healing Therapy and Wellness Center or any off-site teaching locations can be booked using your membership. Special pop-up classes, events, workshops and trainings cannot be booked using your membership.

Will I still be able to use my old class passes?

Yes. All active passes on your Mindbody account were transferred over to WellnessLiving. If you had expired passes on your account, they did not transfer over and we cannot reactivate them.

What is your policy on old class passes (All Access Pass 5 and 10 class packages, virtual class passes, etc.)?

Effective immediately, we will no longer offer extensions on ANY class pass or package once they have expired. Additionally, ALL class packages will expire on September 1, 2022 regardless of otherwise noted expiration dates.

Why are you moving toward a membership model?

There are several reasons that went into our decision to move toward a membership model. The biggest reason being we truly believe it is vital to have a regular yoga practice; having a membership that encourages you to attend consistently can help you establish that routine and deepen your practice.

How do I upgrade or change my Membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any point during your membership period. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades will not take effect until your next renewal date.

Is there a fee to cancel or hold my Membership?

You can cancel or place a hold on your membership for any reason as long as we are provided written notice within 7 days of the hold or cancellation date. Membership fees that have already been accessed cannot be refunded, so please take note of your renewal dates. A $15 fee will be accessed each time you place a hold on your membership. At this time, there is no cancellation fee.

What is your “No-Show” Policy?

If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up for class, you will be charged a “No-Show” fee. Drop-in clients, 5 and 10 class members will be deducted a pass for their absence; All Access Members will be charged a $10 fee for their absence. To avoid this fee, please be mindful of our cancellation window that allows you to cancel your bookings up to 2 hours prior to the start time. You can do this yourself or call the studio to cancel.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales for memberships, special events, workshops and trainings are final. Please book with care when signing up for these offerings. All sales for drop-in passes, merchandise, etc. can be returned to the client’s account for credit. This credit can be used for future purchases at Evolve Yoga + Wellness, including toward the purchase of a Membership.
