Evolve Yoga + Wellness is excited to co-host two Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshops with certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Bill Cords this winter! We hope you can join us on January 26, 2019 or February 23, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Greenwell State Park in Hollywood, MD.
In this workshop, we will go deeply into and practice all three pillars of the Wim Hof Method (Cold Exposure, Breathing, and Mindset) and directly experience the power and benefit of the method. Through a combination of instruction and practice on each of the elements, and by working together in a group setting, we will attain maximum benefit with the method. This workshop is suitable for all levels and whether your goals are improved health and wellness, healing, performance, resilience, or developing the mind: body connection or enhanced consciousness. We can build our immune function, our cardiovascular system, tap into the power of our central nervous system; and we can build our Innerfire – The Wim Hof Method shows us how.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat, comfortable clothing for stretching and breathing exercises, swim wear and towel for cold water immersion, outdoor shoes for walking, winter wear (jacket, gloves, hat) for layering/backup, and a light lunch. Day pack or bag for personal effects. Optional: Pulse Oximeter, silent timer.
