Yoga for Strength and Flexibility at St. Mary’s College has a new name and focus! The class is now Yoga for Health and Wellness. Class meets every Tuesday for 8-week sessions from 5 to 6 p.m. $14 drop in or purchase an 8-week pass for $100!

This is a basic class suitable for all levels. Yoga helps lower heart rate and blood pressure, improves energy and concentration, and provides a greater sense of peace and well-being. The class features creative, adaptive sequencing to release physical tightness and tension, increase energy, and de-stress and calm mind, body, and spirit.
Class meets in the beautiful dance studio in Montgomery Hall on the campus of SMCM. Register and pay online for one or more classes. Or, just show up and pay the drop-in fee of $14. (Please bring exact change or pay by check.)
