Through methodical and heart opening sequencing, Muriel will gracefully guide you into a practice emphasizing opening of the shoulders and hips while linking the rotation of the extremities as a means for protecting the lower spine and neck to maximize potential for safe back bending and inversions. Previous yoga experience recommended though open to all ready to take their yoga to a new level. Space is limited so please register early.  $30
